Meet our CEO, Tom Pokorny. Mr. Pokorny is a general contractor with over 40 years of experience in commercial construction in the Chicagoland and surrounding areas. He has performed as a General Contractor or Construction Manager on a large number of projects that have spanned all aspects of the construction industry. These services include construction in the corporate, educational and religious arena in both the public and private sectors for a total value over $400 million. He has completed hundreds of jobs from restaurants to churches to car dealerships in a professional and timely manner. Mr. Pokorny is an incredibly experienced professional in the construction business. He lives in Yorkville, Illinois with his family and 2 dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys grilling and golf.

Our Bidding Process
Mr. Pokorny personally oversees the bidding process to ensure that the subcontractor's costs are within reason and are complete in scope. We also strive to use subcontractors that will perform according to our standards of quality and honesty. Consequently, we will not submit a price from a subcontractor just because it is the lowest price. Our experience shows that, in some instances, the lowest bidding subcontractor sometimes ends up costing more money in the long run.
